guys, i just gave up on reading all those 4 books i talked about in the previous post. i mean i read enough in a tale of two cities to understand that charles dickens had an extraordinary amazing way with words and that he was an excellent author, but i could only make a little heads and a little tails out of that old Elizabeathon language, nothing more. :P and the due date was close plus i couldnt renew it anymore. idk if i told u or not but in ecp (its like g&t) we're reading a novel called Daughter of Venice by donna jo napoli its good.(: kk cya l8r ALSO WAIT the 5th and last book of the secret series came out my friend has it after she finishes it i cant wait to read it ;D now im done.

finished Closed for the Season about 3 days ago, its actually the best mystery book ive ever read. repeat, its the best mystery book ive ever read not the best book ive ever read. i think im gonna return the amazing adventures of kavalier and clay and the count of monte cristo because theyre almost due at the library and i renewed them twice (cant do more) and ill try my best to finish the tale of two cities and geek love. OMG SO MANY BOOKS TO READ. my ecp (kinda like g&t stands for enrichment challenge program im in a new school this year) teacher gave me a book to read about the rennessiance. i know i spelled that wrong i know. but anyway its called I, Juan De Pareja by Elizabeth Borton De Trevino, and its about an african slave who works for a famous spanish painter and secretly paints by himself because it is against the law for slaves to practice any of the arts. I finished it last night. Very moving and touching. also need to read mystery novel for lal class, so picked Closed for the Season by Mary Downing Hahn. Awesome suspense book, with kids my age. so gotta hold off on the rest of my books like a tale of 2 cities etc. GAAHHH<3

i finished The Red Pyramid, the first book in the Kane Chronicles by Rick Riordan last night at 1:24 A.M. ^_^ i didnt realize how completely linked the two books are. as u can remember, i read the 2nd book, the throne of fire, first. but the two books are entirely intertwined! i knew most of the surprising things that would happen in the red pyramid beforehand. but it wasnt that much of a giveaway. awesome book. namaste readers. last week i started going to a summer camp for reading and writing. they let us check out books at the library and take books home from the center. i picked a book called The Splendor Falls by Rosemary Clement-Moore. we're also reading a group book called My Life in Dog Years by Gary Paulsen. by the way i finished reading The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Prisoner's Dilemma, so now i'm done with the series! :D YAY THIS IS A LEGENDARY MOMENT. lol ;) anyway i think its the best of all the books in the series. at the end all their problems are solved...but they can always find more. and my friend gave me her copy of The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan, the first book in the Kane Chronicles (remember? i already read the 2nd :P) so im currently reading 3 books (MOBY DICK duhh u can never forget the huge white whale) til next time...wow its already July...felt like yesterday was the last day of school. ;) :D <33

yo wassup peeps ok so i decided i should read some classics this summer. so i put Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson and Moby Dick by Herman Melville on hold at my local library along with The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Prisoner's Dilemma by Trenton Lee Sterwart, the 3rd and last book in the series. i got moby dick and the mysterious benedict society and the prisoner's dilemma but treasure island isnt available yet. moby dick isnt what i expected. it's a pretty thin and short COMIC book. but oh well ill still read it. ;) :D <33 farewell friends.

everyone: i finished This Isn't What It Looks Like by Pseudonymous Bosch, the 4th book in the Secret Series, and also The Throne of Fire by Rick Riordan, the 2nd book in the Kane Chronicles. i still need to read The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan, the 1st book in the Kane Chronicles, but i wasnt that lost on this one. so we got all our stuff back from school today and u no that self selected reading book? The Calder Game by Blue Balliett? heyy everybody i finished reading This Book is Not Good For You by Pseudonymous Bosch the 3rd book in the Secret Series about last weekend. I still haven't gotten a chance to present my book report on The Adventures on Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain but ill tell u my grade once i get it. we had an end of the book test for Behind the Bedroom Wall by Laura E. Williams on friday, ill tell u my grade on that too after i know it. 2 more weeks left of school and then im a 7th grader! wow time pases so fast...anyway ill probably borrow This Isn't What It Looks Like from my friend now the 4th book in the Secret Series by Pseudonymous Bosch and i cant wait for the 5th one to come out! also last week i was at the Poconos, it was super fun i had a great time :D

hola amigos i finished reading If You're Reading This, It's Too Late by Pseudonymous Bosch. it was awesome as always. :) my friend said i could also borrow the next book (the 3rd one in the secret series) This Book is Not Good For You. if you read these books before, u mightve noticed that each book is about a different sense. the first one is about smell, the second one is about sound, the third one is about taste, the fourth one is about sight, and theres gonna be a fifth one comin out about...YES touch u guessed it! :) i also finished reading the Black Book of Buried Secrets by Rick Riordan. its just a bunch of information about all the branches and how the vespers are now coming...yupp. i still need to do chapter responses for The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint Exupery, but i finished the book already. and in school im reading Behind the Bedroom Wall by Laura E. Williams. oh and im going to present my book report for The Adventures of Tom Sawyer on monday, ill tell u my grade as soon as i get it. ttyl :D

ok. let's get this straight. i keep on forgetting if i mentioned things in posts before or not. so...let's clarify. right now. the books i am currently reading are the black book of buried secrets by rick riordan, if you're reading this, it's too late by pseudonymous bosch, and behind the bedroom wall by laura e. williams (in school). and the books i just finished reading are the adventures of tom sawyer (my book report; it's due this friday i'll tell you my score asap) and the little prince (my gifted and talented teacher gave me i have to do chapter responses for it). and the books i have to read are the red pyramid by rick riordan, the throne of fire by rick riordan, charlie bone and the red knight by jenny nimmo, charlie bone and the shadow, and the i think 2 warriors new books that i missed. pheww. got it? great. bye! :D

omg guyss...I GOT RICK RIORDAN'S AUTOGRAPH ON THE THRONE OF FIRE!!! :D even though i didn't actually meet him, i went to barnes and noble yesterday to buy my friend a gift card for her birthday and also to finally get the black book of buried secrets. at the check out counter i saw extras of the signed copies of the throne of fire, so i bought one! ive decided to read the kane chronicles since the first 2 books are out. the throne of fire is the 2nd book. ill have to borrow the red pyramid from one of my friends, read it, then read the throne of fire. then in the summer ill probably read percy jackson and the olympians in the library for hours. :) and now my friend gave me if you're reading this, it's too late so i have to read that first and give it back since it's almost the end of the school year ;) AND wow i also found out there's 2 more books of the charlie bone series: charlie bone and the shadow and charlie bone and the red knight. so ill have to read that in barnes and noble in the summer probably, and im thinking about resuming reading the warrior series...ive missed a lot. til next time! ;D

heyy fellas i finished 'the name of this book is secret' and IT IS AWESOMEE!!!!!!!! :D and my other friend has all the rest of the 3 books in the series and shes goin to let me borrow them yayy!!! :) i found out the name of the series: the secret series (haha!) the next books are 'if you're reading this book, it's too late', 'this book is not good for you', and 'this isn't what it looks like'. PLUS this is awesome two days ago rick riordan was at my local barnes and noble's signing his new book 'the throne of fire in the kane chrnicles [i just NEED to find time to read the percy jackson, lost hero, and kane chronicles series! :(] and 3 of my friends got it!!! :D and i saw it and i tuchhheddddd ittt...... ;) and im happy cuz tmrw's the last day of my big test (it was 4 days 2 for lal and 2 for math) so love peace happiness liv laf luv peacee :) :D <33

yoo sup i just wanted to tell you that i changed my book report book from 'the iron lily' by laura e. williams to 'the adventures of tom sawyer' by mark twain because i really could NOT understand 'the iron lily'. :) also my friend let me borrow 'the name of this book is secret' again, but i probably won't be reading it until im done with my book report due on may 17. im still reading the adventures of tom sawyer, halfway done its a good book. mark twain is an excellent author. :D anyway so in 'behind the bedroom wall' our class novel, were on chapter 5 out of...like 25? and its interesting because it's from a german girl's point of view, not a Jew's. plus...bin laden is dead! yaa u probably knew that. :) so i have a BIG state exam this whole week. :( hope i do good cya later peeps! :) :D <33

heyy dosth i went to my school book fair today and got two new books! SLOB by ellen potter (haha ikr) and the 39 clues vespers rising!!! i still didnt get the black book of buried secrets yet though. :( i need to remind my dad! anyway so my friend also showed me two new books shed bought at barnes and noble yesterday: nightmare by i dont no who and the name of this book is secret. she let me read the first few pages of the name of this book is secret while she continued reading nightmare. she had already read like 1/4 of both the books. so i read like the first 3 pages and instantly loved it! its one of those books like lemony snicket where the reader like totally involves us and gets all funny...i cant explain it ull just have to read it. anyone of you read that book before? my other friend said it was awesome. its also a series and its now on my fav book series list 3 posts down! :D so i kept on reading it for the rest of the bus ride and when it came to our stop she said she needed it back but i was so attached to it that i asked if i could have it overnite and she sed fine. so i took it home and couldn't stop reading it. unfortunately i couldnt finish the whole thing last nite so today when i bought the two books at the book fair i had so many books and so i gave it back to my friend and said after i finish these two new books ill probably ask for that again in like two months so keep it handy. so she sed ok and i walked home reading vespers rising (crossing the road, too i didnt look up :P) ok so now im stil readin vespers rising and next ill be readin SLOB. i feel like it kinda looks like those carl hiaasen books with only 4 or 5 letters and the authors name at the bottom u no? so anyway yaa but i couldnt find the mysterious benedict society and the prisoners dilemma in my school library so ill have to look in my public library later after i finish these 2 new books and my friends one. plus i got a 100 A+ on my photo story biography book report on J.K.Rowling! here is her official site by the way it is so kool: http://www.jkrowling.com/. this will be posted on mi other blog too again if you forgot it is: http://www.bigfanharrypotter.blogspot.com. the most life-changin thin hapend 2 me 2day. mi gifted n talented teacher gave me a buk 2 read cald 'the invention of hugo cabret' by brian selznick. how do i say this...ah yes. BRIAN SELZNICK IS OFFICIALLY MI FAV AUTHOR!!! this buk was SO gud that i red it in just 1 nite!!! n its also 525 pgs long!!! (but 284 of them r pics lol =P) this is the best book in the world if u ask me. if u asked wat i wud r8 it out of 10, i wud say 100...im not just sujestin u read this buk. im COMANDIN u read this buk!!! cuz it is REALLY gud. u wil only no how gud if u read it. it also got the caldecot medal award in 2007 4 havin the best ilustrations. mi closin sentence...READ THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =D

hello mi frends...4 mi buk report this month i had 2 read a mystery buk. so i went 2 the library n chekd out a buk called SCAT by Carl Hiaasen. turns out 2 b a pretty awsum novel!!! its bout a strict biology teacher that disappears on a feild trip. then 2 kids decide 2 investig8 n discover that shes helpin 2 find a baby panther's mom. i did a wanted poster 4 mi project n i stil didnt get mi grade yet...but i hope i get n A!!! im xcited 2 read more of his buks now like HOOT n FLUSH.

i went 2 barnes and noble and got the 10th buk of the 39 clues, which was twice the size of the previous buks in the series cuz it's the last 1, and a free buk 4 the contest which was called the calder game. started reading them and i'm sooooo luvin both! :)

hey gys, i came bak from my vacation and my school started. i'm in 6th grade now, and i'm going 2 get the 10th buk of the 39 clues this weekend. i'm sooo excited cuz i also finished the contest form @ barnes and noble and i'm going 2 get a free buk!!

even tho my parents sed i wud b 2 busy 2 read, i 2k a buk th@ i had alredy red anyway. it's called the secret life of bees. since it had bin @ least 2 yrs since i had red it, i figured i'd read it agen cuz it was really gud. it's wen the african americans were still made fun of, and about a 14 yr old girl who ran away from her harsh father in south carolina 2 find out the mysterious past of her ded mother. touching.

i finished all the buks th@ i told u about in the last post. but unfortunately, my family and i r going on vacation and we're "2 busy 2 read". so i won't b allowed 2 read any more buks til we cum bak. also i found this kool contest prize @ barnes and noble. it says u read any 8 buks b4 sept. 7th, rite down the title and author's name, hand it in b4 or on sept. 7th @ barnes and noble, and u enter a contest 2 win the whole set of 39 clues buks autographed! i red 6 buks alredy. i'll read the last 2 wen i cum bak. btw i most probably won't hav internet there so i can't post any more new posts 4 3 wks. sorry :(

summer reading 2

as i sed, i went bak 2 the library 4 more books. this time i got 4. they were called umbrella summer, the house of mirrors, the garden of eve, and the camelot spell. i finished umbrella summer and the house of mirrors, but i'm halfway done w/ the garden of eve. so far my favorites r the garden of eve and umbrella summer. umbrella summer is radiant, and the garden of eve is spooky and suspenseful. but they're VERY gud buks. btw the author of the house of mirrors has a really long name. it's...*going 2 find my buk* baccalario pierdomenico. WOW!

i'm doin sum summer reading here! went 2 the local library and picked out 2 thick books. 1 waz called moxy maxwell duz not luv writing thank u notes and the other 1 waz a horror buk called the hanging hill. i finished them both in a day and i'm eager 2 go get more! wat r u reading over the summer?

wow wen i got the 4th buk of the sisterhood of the traveling pants i red from 4-6, then went 2 a class, came bak @ 9, ate my dinner, then started reading again @ 10. i red nonstop until i waz finished, which waz @ 2 in the morning. it waz th@ good! now i have 1 more buk in this series.

i'm thinking of starting percy jackson and the olympians but i'm not sure. i just started reading the clique but i still have 1 more book in the sisterhood of the traveling pants and 2 more books in the 39 clues. i have no idea how many books the clique has. i'm thinking 5. i'm reading the 1 th@'s called "boys r us". haha lol. it's good

i got the 8th buk of the 39 clues, n agent handbook, n the card pack 3. i red the 8th book in 1 day. Amy and Dan find the clue in Mount Everest! also they have a big fight and split up. Dan is then kidnapped by Ian Kabra. btw I finished the Charlie Bone series over spring break. i just haven't updated this website in a loooooooooong time. c u l8r!

after much delaying, i got the 7th book of the 39 clues on the 7th. i quickly finished it by the next day. i found out many secrets about Amy and Dan, the main characters. The new clue that they found is aloe. I added 6 cards to my online collection and will soon get Card Pack 3. See you till later! PSST! i was rooting 4 the Saints 2 win the Superbowl. were u???

omg hey pplz this is mi 1st post on mi 1st blog...its all bout BUKS!!! (as u can c) haha lol anyway i already red 6 books out of 10 from the Series "The 39 Clues" and i luvd them!
i think i'ts a great book series to own. it's about 2 siblings named Amy and Dan that give up $1 million 2 get the 1st of 39 clues and make their passed away grandmother happy. u can read more about it at www.39Clues.com.
i am going to get the 7th book this weekend.
